Your First User License

When you purchase Real Time Manager your account automatically within minutes once your payment clears. Typically your account will be active within one business day of your purchase.

We will create an administrator user account when you first purchase Real Time Manager. We recommend that you create a secure password to replace the one we provide. This user cannot be downgraded from admin status for security reasons so it is very important that you do not share your login information with anyone. If you want to request a custom name for this account you must notify us before we setup your account or it will simply be named “admin.”

Billing Schedule

To prevent service interruptions, when you purchase Real Time Manager we will bill you for the current month and the next 30 days on the first billing. If you are signing up in the middle of the month, we will prorate your bill for the remainder of the month. The billing cycle is on the 25th, regardless of the sign up date.

Billing Issues & Suspension of Services

You have six (6) days after a missed payment to pay your bill in full. During this time no action will be taken. After this period ends you will have fourteen (14) days during which some features of Real Time Manager will be suspended, but you will still be able to login. If you have not paid by the end of this second period your account will be deactivated.

It is still possible to reactivate a deactivated account if you can catch up on past-due payments. However, once an account is deactivated we may have to charge a new setup fee to re-activate it. The likelihood of being charged a setup fee increases over time as an account is left inactive, so it is always best to pay off your balance as soon as possible.

Optional Security Upgrades

Real Time Manager is a highly-secure application. Your SMS messages sent to employees, transmissions to and from credit card companies and the database with your confidential information all utilize strong encryption methods to protect your data. Additionally, every company accesses Real Time Manager through their own secure tunnel.

For those who want additional security, Real Time Manager can transmit your data using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL technology offers more advanced encryption of the sensitive information transmitted between our servers and your computer. This security upgrade will cost only $50 annually and a one-time $80 setup fee.

Transfer of Licenses

The Real Time Manager license applies to your company only. You may not add additional companies or transfer any purchased licenses to other companies. If you have a situation that requires you to modify your company’s information, please contact us. Attempting to change your company information yourself may result in the loss of data.

Proprietary Software License

The Real Time Manager End User License Agreement (EULA) includes: restrictions on use, modification, copying and the republishing of Real Time Manager. Please be aware that this is only a limited, non-exclusive license. The licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights and interests in the software.

Map Services

Real Time Manager integrates Google Maps. We will continue to work with Google to provide integrated use of map services but make no guarantee about the availability of these services. Google Maps® is a registered trademark of Google Inc.

User Groups

Real Time Manager separates your users into three categories by default. You can also customize Real Time Manager to suit your individual needs. When you add more users you can incorporate more of your business in one comprehensive system and boost your efficiency!


Agent User Icon

Agents:

Agents can add and edit services, send emails or SMS to employees, find an estimate, view unpaid or closed reports, find services by date and backup the system.
Manager User Icon

Managers:

Managers are allowed all the same rights as agents and can also edit services that have been closed.
Admin User Icon

Admin:

Administrators are allowed full access and are the only users allowed to view financial records.
Employee User Icon

Employee: (Unlimited Accounts!)

Employee can view only their own unpaid or closed reports, get statistics and info.
