Navigation within the Real Time Manager System is easy with the Main Menu.

The Main Menu is sub-divided by job duty and type of tasks, such that dispatchers will most almost exclusively from the main dispatch pages, agents will work from the Agents page, etc.

Additionally, the following buttons are frequently available allowing for immediate access to these frequently needed actions.

	View the jobs in map view. This is the same as Map View under the main menu Services – Map View.
	Begin entering a new service order for the default provider/agent.
	Begin entering a new service order by selecting a specific provider/agent
